Trados 2022 crashed

Dear Community, 

I am left without my working tool, yesterday my Trados 2022 crashed and now , when starting the program, the following message appears:

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.AlignmentEditorService' could not be started'.

And when I click on "Accept", this is what is shown:

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Reference to an object not set as an instance of an object'.

So my first action was to uninstall and install Trados again, but the message still appears, so I searched another solution and found this:

Resolution steps for Trados Studio error 'Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started'. Instructions include closing Trados, navigating to a file directory, deleting a specific XML file, and restarting Trados.

Did not work in my case either.

Please, this is urgent. What can be done to fix my Trados? 

PS: Multiterm is OK.
