TM upgrade: wrong language combination inserted in a TM

Greetings, 
 
 about two weeks ago, I finished an alignment and wanted to insert the file into a main TM I am using, with the language combination EN-EL (Greek). By accident, I inserted this in the wrong combination, so now there are 
 many segments in the EN-EL TM reversed: Greek language segments in the source language column (EN) and English language segmentS in the target column (EL). Is there any way to undo this or fix it somehow?

 The easiest way is probably to take a few steps like this: 
 
 create a filter for that fateful day and perform a search. For example: 
 Once you've done that check the contents to make sure you seem to have got it right. If you have then either use the Batch delete with the same filter to delete them all, or manually delete the wrong ones from your TM in the maintenance view. Whatever you think will be easier. 
 Finally update your finished translation into the correct TM
