Looking for a way to clear ALL keyboard shortcuts

Hi all,

As I am sloppy typist, inadvertently setting off features left, right and centre, I am looking for a way to clear ALL keyboard shortcuts. Is this possible?

To add to what Walter said... you probably also don't want to delete all keyboard shortcuts because you'll end up having to use the mouse for everything, even for confirming your translations to the TM and other regular routine tasks like that.  I think most users would work through the shortcuts... which also teaches you a lot about what's possible as you'll probably need to investigate many to find out what they mean (unless you know everything of course!)... delete the ones they don't need and leave/change the ones they wish to use.

  • Hello, you can't actually delete all shortcuts even if you wanted. Some are system dependent shortcuts, like CTRL+C , CTRL+A.

I type fast and very bad and sometimes I accidently find myself with weird layout or something simply happened that I was not aware of. Instead of deleting all shortcuts you could try some of the following:

    • If your content gets messed up: Save often backups so that you can revert mistakes.
    • If your layout gets messed up: Go to Trados -> View tab -> Click <Reset Window Layout>. This action will reset everything in Trados layout as default.
