Licensing issue with Studio 2019

Hi,

I have the following issue: The license verification of my SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.8.3007 fails and I get the message "Demoversion abgelaufen" (demo version expirated).

The online activation with the activation code from my RWS account didn't work (message: Currently no license avalable for the activation code).

I tried the Offline activation method, pasted the activation code, got the installation ID, but in my RWS account I see nowhre to paste it to get the offline activation certificate.

I tried to reset the license, but I got an error message (An error has occurred. An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error. Please try reloading / refreshing this page.) probably due to time out (I am temporarily working from China with slow Internet connection).

I don't know the name of the licence server.

I tried to create a support case, but couldn't send it as the captcha didn't show (I am temporarily working from China with slow Internet connection).

The licensing issue arose after I had to reset the network interface card because of Internet connection issues.

I would be very grateful I somebody could help.
