Background: I used to have the free Language Weaver / Language Cloud account years ago, but had little opportunity to use it and when at some stage it stopped working, I did nothing about it.
Now I'm trying to install an app from the app store and it seems like I need to sign into my Cloud account to get it working.
When I sign in with my RWS ID (top right Sign In button), an error appears:
"Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account.
Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator."
When I try to create an account, I get a server error:
"The server encountered an error while processing the request. Try again later." (from languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/complete-registration/too-many)
I have tried later, and later again, so I don't think this message will ever change.
I am just a freelance user of Trados Studio without a support contract and I don't know who my "cloud account administrator" would be.
Any pointers on who I need to contact to fix my sign in so I can get to the app I have apparently installed but isn't showing up?
