How to Borrow a Network License ?? trados 2017

Question

i have trados Professional version 2017 network license. 
 I want to connect and use the license in an external environment different from the server. 
 borrow a network license ? https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027521 
 
 That feature is not present in the version of Trados that we have.
