Opening TS, I receive the following Error message: "Impossible de démarrer le service Sdl.desktop.Platform.Services./TelemetryService"

Question

Hello, 
 When I try to open Trados Studio 2021, I receive the following error message: "Impossible de d&eacute;marrer le service Sdl.desktop.Platform.Services./TelemetryService". This prevents me from even being able to open the program. I have never experienced this problem before. 
 
 I tried to fix the issue following at least 4 different articles in the community forum/self help pages and multiple times, of which this one which doesn't work after several attempts: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033438 . 
 
 Anyone have suggestions to fix this problem?
