Hello! I have an old notebook with Trados Studio installed on it.
Since I am about to format the machine, I need to deactivate the following license (I tried online and offline, but without success).
Can anyone from support help me out?
Note that this is probably the "extra activation" which I am entitled to.

Activation State: Deactivation Initiated
