I have a problem that the technical support has not actually been able to solve.
Briefly and clearly: I need to transfer the license (one-year subscription) of Trados Studio from one email address to another.
1. I bought a license for Trados Studio and it was assigned to my private email address and a specific ID.
2. I started working in RWS Workzone and got the RWS Vendor ID assigned to a different company email (when I logged into my account, my license information is not there, as it is assigned to a private address).
3. tech support only helped me on Trados account on the "Users" tab to add an admin user with the required email, but he received a different RWS ID than the same email from RWD Workzone.
4. I need to move the license to the company email address and keep one RWS ID to have everything under one email: license, workzond and RWS vendor ID.
Does anyone know how to do it?
