Alignment and TM

I have made an alignment, and after finishing to align all the segments, I have tried to update the TM, unfortunately I have found that only the first 50 segments out of 3800 have been added to the TM, I cannot understand why, what's going wrong with my alignment? I work with Studio 2014.

What value did you use for the "Alignment quality value". Depending on what you did set, only the fully confirmed segments have been imported.

Thank you Walter, honestly I have made my alignment without changing any given value, I am afraid but I do not know exactly what quality value is correct.
