Please, can you provide more detail to your specific issue? What hitlist are you referring to, for instance?
Have you tried with other projects/termbase, and see if the issue is still there?
Also, apart from the repairing and re-installing, please go for a Studio reset, which clean up/reset the installation, to discard any other corrupt files.
