I have a problem with moving my 1 year subscription of SDL Trados to a new computer. I recently purchased a new computer and am unable to activate my subscription on my new computer. I deactivated the subscription on the old one but keep getting the message that I have reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription. What do I do?
