The XLIFF Manager plugin has nothing to do with opening XLIFF files. You should be able to open XLIFF files in Studio out of the box. Can you share a small sample XLIFF that gives a problem? The header and one TU should be enough so I'm sure you can provide this.
Or maybe just tell us why you can't open them... what happens?

I have the same problem, I can't open some files. This is, I believe, because TRADOStag and SDL Edit files do not appear in the list of file types. I don't have this problem with the 2019 version which I luckily kept.
For example, I cannot open the .wsxz files of the SDL WorldServer packages I work with. As well as files in .ttp and .stppk.
Your problem is most likely simple to solve... it's always good to read the release notes for the applications you use:

https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/102
Also good to create a new thread for a question that has nothing to do with the one in this thread.

Good morning,
Thank you for your information. It worked fine at first and then there was a problem afterwards. I wonder if having two versions on my computer doesn't create a problem. Finally I uninstalled the 2021 version, since with the 2019 there is no problem. I will reinstall the 2021 version later. It may have been installed incorrectly. Best regards.
Finally, I reinstalled Studio 2021 and made sure that the .wsxz files opened with Studio 2021. However, with Studio 2019 I could import the files directly into Studio 2019 (using Google Chrome). Now, with Studio 2021 (still using Google Chrome), for each file it opens a new window of Studio 2021 (as if it reopened the application again) and, moreover, the file does not appear in the list of projects as was the case with Studio 2019. So I'm forced to use Firefox which sends me the file to my Downloads folder and I have to click on the file. From the point of view of the time spent, it doesn't change much, but it's an additional manipulation, it's a shame.
