SDL Trados Studio 2015 & MS Windows 10.

Is SDL Trados Studio 2015 really Windows10-ready? Yesterday I had decided to upgrade my OS from Windows 7.1 to Windows 10, but I had to revert to my old Windows 7.1 (Luckily enough: planned and rather easy!) because, when I tried to open Studio 2015 in Windows 10, some *.api file (I am not sure: human memory and more than 24 hours elapsed) could not be loaded.

Has anyone experienced a similar inconvenience?

I upgraded my window 7 to 10 with installed trados 2015. But I encounter the problem at typing Burmese font in trados 2015. Some burmese character doesn't appear when I typed. Anyone knows how to solve this problem? Tks

Is the burmese font installed in Windows 10? Can you use the burmese font in Word for example?

Dear Walter,
Thanks for your reply. Yes. I did install all myanmar fonts there and I can type in word, notepad, excel etc. Only the problem is in trados. I can just copy and paste from notepad and see the characters. When I type in trados directly, some letters did not appear.

If the problem occurs when typing, please check that the correct keyboard is enabled (in the taskbar at the bottom right) when you type in Studio's Editor. The selected keyboard may switch when you move from one application to another and the active keyboard may not be the Myanmar one.

Sis,
This problem is due to Window 10 which cannot fully support Burmese fonts when we install other Burmese fonts on it coz it's already had built-in Burmese font.
