Multiple Error Messages in Trados leading to crash

Dear community,

I'm facing a huge problem with Trados which all of a sudden sent me multiple error messages while trying to work with it:

"Impossible de localiser le fichier de données demandé" ;

"Impossible d'appeler Invoke ou BeginInvoke sur un contrôle tant que le handle de la fenêtre n'a pas été créé" ;

"Failed to activate view "Mémoires de traduction".

The point is that when I manage to reopen it (after different procedures) it crashes every 5 min with the same error messages.

Any clue what's happening here?

    Step 1: Restart Trados Studio

    Save your current progress of translation, close Trados Studio, and then reopen it. The closing process of Trados Studio saves all settings and changes properly, which might resolve the issue.

    Step 2: Recreate the project

    If the problem persists after restarting Trados Studio, the project you're trying to open might be corrupted or damaged and needs to be recreated. During the recreation, you can run the Pre-translate Files batch task using the Translation Memory that probably already contains the previously translated segments. Alternatively, you can run the batch task Apply Perfect Match and use the SDLXLIFF files from the target language folder of your original project.

    Step 3: Add file extension exceptions to your Anti Virus/Firewall list

    This can prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. The extensions that need to be added are *.sdlppx, *.sdlproj, *.sdlrpx, *.ttp, *.wsxz, *.stppk, *.sdlxliff.

    If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a more complex problem that requires further investigation. In such cases, it's recommended to reinstall Trados Studio or check for any available updates within the application.
