Can you share a screenshot of the window that opens and can't find the file?

ok - so this window is supporting the selection of a folder, not files.  What happens when you select this folder?

ok - I just tested quickly and it all seem to work just fine for me, adding the folder name in 1.:

So, can you first of all try doing this with a folder that is not in dropbox and subject to being synched?  Just copy the folder with the files to your documents folder on your local drive, and try again.

You're still in dropbox by the looks of the path and this window is showing exactly what's expected anyway.  It says select folder, not files!!

This window will never show the files.  It's not intended to.  It's the next part that's important, why the files that you cannot see here are not included in the project when you click "Select Folder" and go back to the project wizard.

Sorry, Paul, my mistake. I sent you the wrong screenshot. And I selected the folder, not a file. I'm just showing in Windows Explorer what's actually in there.

I'm afraid I'm just suspicious of your environment.  First you show me this path to the folder:

Now you show me this:

Doesn't look the same, and we also see this:

See the little tick marks on the file icons. That means you are synchronising this folder somewhere... maybe OneDrive?

I am sure the problems you are having relate to this.  OneDrive is a nightmare anyway.

Maybe try dragging and dropping the folder into the wizard instead of using the "select folder" approach.  If the files don't come with it then either then I would really question your working environment.

Paul, I'm confused. You asked me to copy and paste the folder into my local drive instead of Dropbox. That's what I did, which is why you see Local Disk (C:) > Users > kwtun > Documents > Sample Files.

I see what you mean about the tick marks. I thought I deleted OneDrive; I hate it. So I'm going to have to puzzle this out.
