I assume from the error stack that you have a termbase enabled?
Try disable it?

If it improves your user experience, then I recommend you ensure MultiTerm is also updated to SR1

It would be great if RWS could remind us to do this when it informs us that an update is available for Trados Studio, i.e. a message stating an update is available for boht Trados Studio and Multiterm. As a user, I do not open Multiterm very often, so am unlikely to see any notifications there.

Unfortunately, it is still crashing after updating everything and rebooting the computer:

I am still having problems with this after updating RWS applications and rebooting the computer.

The MultiTerm SR1 update was stated in the Release Notes PDF:

Yes, but, as I said, it would be much, much simpler if RWS reminded us in the email. I don't really have time to read over 40 pages of release notes as I am working. Trados should be a user-friendly tool. The fact that I have now also updated Multiterm has not solved my problem.

Hi Ian,

To have a support case logged on your behalf, do the following:

Click the +New button top right of your screen to create a new thread, ask your question again and someone will contact you from RWS Support.

The staff at RWS can only generate one Support Case per thread so this is why you need to start a new thread.
