Since a few days and only with a specific client, I have this error message « L'index était hors limites. Il ne doit pas être négatif et doit être niférieure à la taille de la collection (The index was out of range. It must not be negative and must be less than the size of the collection.) I cannot valid the segments, Trados crashes.
I have read about this issue but I have read any solution.
I have installed the new release both Multiterm and Trados but it doesn't help.
What version of Studio are you using, SR1?
You mentioned reading other cases without any solution - what have you tried apart from upgrading to SR1?
Is this across all projects or 1 particular one?
What you mean when you say
I cannot valid the segments,
I assume you mean confirm vs validate?
Could you please disable your TM's and see if that helps, when trying to confirm segments?
If confirming segments work without a TM enabled, then we know its TM related and you should try update them/it, by following this article
Please provide additional detail as I have seen this error that is linked to: importing docx, working with xliff as source files, checking files in/out using GroupShare, using the wrong file type with excel
Additional context will be helpful, as well as saving of the error stack trace and attaching it to this post.

I guess the problem is coming from my special bépo keyboard. It appears after updating to SR1. Everything is running well with normal keybord.
