problem uploading bilingual version

we are experiencing some problems on an urgent task that we need to solve asap today.

 

We don’t manage to upload on trados the bilingual version that we had downloaded as we don’t see the correct version updated. The messages in the image attached appear.

 

It is also weird as some segments are updated and others are not. 

 

Can you please help us?
