problem uploading bilingual version

Question

we are experiencing some problems on an urgent task that we need to solve asap today. 
 
 We don&rsquo;t manage to upload on trados the bilingual version that we had downloaded as we don&rsquo;t see the correct version updated. The messages in the image attached appear. 
 
 It is also weird as some segments are updated and others are not. 
 
 Can you please help us?
