What is the configuration that must be made in SDL Trados Studio 2019 and 2022. The problem is that when running a .vtt file and using a translation memory, the statistics appear in zeros, it does not recognize any words or phrases that are included in the translation memory.

Maybe there aren't any? Have you checked to see if you do have any matches for this content in your TM?

Yes, there are. The memory contains words and phrases that are in the file.
Can you show us your project settings and also the location of your TM?
