Automatically adjust the the display of studion on a large/split monitor

Where in the settings of Studio 2023 can I determine the way the display opens? I work with a 49" screen and most programs "behave" within the monitor sofware and open in a certain size, or adjust to  the section of the program I open them in (the monitor comes with a software that makes it behave as if you had n number of physical screens).
Studio seems to be all over the place and needs to be adjusted manually  every time. Is there a place where ich can control this behaviour so I see the full Studio display within the exact boundaries?

Users of this type of monitor will know what I mean... it is a bit too abstract to explain "generally"

If you have a split function in your monitor, letting it behave as would you have 2 monitors, maximize Studio on one of the monitors. You can drag as many parts of Studio out of the main window as you wish.

Or do not maximize Studio. In that case it should restart again in the same size.

To control where parts of Studio are use your user profile. It stores the placing of all Studio windows. I use Studio on 2 monitors at home and when I travel with my laptop, knowing I will have enough room to use the second monitor. Otherwise Studio runs with just one screen on the laptop. So I have two separate user profiles for this.
