Great, I managed to download this new version.

However, I am still getting the error message related to languages that are not configured for this installation..

Too bad.

I sent you an invite for a call to look at this together later today.  I think we'll solve this faster this way.

I just accepted the invitation. So we'll talk in 1 hour and 10 minutes now.

Just to close this off now and in case it helps anyone else.  The problem here was related to only having selected one language on installation.  So we reset the languages like this:

• Closed Studio.
• Held down the windows key and pressed R. (or right click the start/windows button and select Run).
• For Studio 2019 we pasted in this:
  reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient15 /f
• Pressed ok.

We also ran a repair of Studio to fix some icon problems with other programmes having taken over the Trados Studio icons: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414

Then we restarted Studio, selected ALL FIVE languages remembering that we don't need to select the variants... just pick any one variant for a language and you get them all.

After this everything seems to be fine.
