Hi all,
I would like to get help restoring my extra license. I purchased Studio Plus 2019 late 2018 and installed it on both my windows PC and my macbook. I stopped using the windows system at the start of the pandemic and cleared it all out to sell. As far as I know I should have returned the licence because I know that's what I should do, but I am honestly not 100% sure.
I am taking windows back in use, mainly for SDL Studio because it doesn't run too great on the VM, esp. with large projects. However, I don't see any extra license in my account.
From looking around for account support from RWS, it looks like I need to ask help in the forums. Am I in the right place? Can someone help me with my 2nd license?
