In SDL Trados Studio 2022, when creating a project and using a translation memory with the language pair EN-ZH (Chinese) and EN-JA (Japanese), an error occurs. Also, the error occurs when opening a translation memory with the same language pair.
Could you help me to have a possible solution to this problem?

Do you still experience the issue?
What are the exact flavours of the language pairs? I have tried with the one you mention and I can't get them to give me errors.
On the other hand have you tried with different language pairs, to see if you have the same issues?
For the TM I would recommend checking its integrity, see if it may be corrupt. Uou can check this with the SDLTM Repair plugin: https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/41 or you can download it from the integrated appstore:

I downloaded the app, and went through the repair process. The translation memory did not show any problem, however, I still experience the problem, even when creating a new translation memory with these same language pairs, which are: EN-JA and EN-ZH.
I hope we can find a solution, because I can't create projects in version 2022 with these two language pairs.

I'm sorry to hear that. On the other hand, can you create a TM with any other language pair without errors?
What is your Studio version?
I'd also suggest running a repair, reset of your Studio installation, following the steps from here:
