Problems when reinstalling Trados Studio 2015 (after my laptop broke down and had to be repaired)

Question

I didn't deactivate my license. I thought I could reinstall the software in the same laptop without problems. When I am completing installation, these messages appear:

And I have to cancel the setup. 
 
 Any suggestions to solve this problem, please?
