Problems with term database in Studio 2021 Freelance

Greetings.

I have rather many problems with a term database in Studio 2021 Freelance. The terms appear in the window in some segments, but in others, they do not. So what can I do? There are no updates available. See the images; they are from the same file. Both terms are in the database.

Thanks.

It's not very helpful when you obfuscate the context completely like this, there could be elements in your text that relate to this problem.  It's not hard to make a sample file you can share, unless you can only reproduce the problem with this one file?

One guess might be you may need to lower your fuzzy settings for the lookup perhaps?  It works for "monitor" but not for "monitoring" and the term in your termbase is "monitor"... or I'm not reading the limited info you provided carefully enough.

Another might be you should try reorganising your termbase?

Another might be you recently added "monitoring" (a few segments ago) and now lookahead is preventing the term from being available to you until further down the document?

If that's not the problem we definitely need a sample where you can reproduce the problem.  Not enough information to help identify where the problem might be.
