Hi, I need to upload a package in Trados Studio 2017 but I get this error message. What can I do to make it work? I tried renaming the folder 14.0.0 but same error. Thanks

It may be that you have not followed the steps correctly, perhaps?
Please see the following article, go for a repair, then reset your installation, it should work properly after that:
