I have reinstalled on my computer SDL Trados Studio 2015 but when I enter the activation code I get the following message:
I tried Offline activation but I the only option I see in my RWS Account is the following:
I need to activate offline my product and not to deactivate it.
Do you have any advice?

Please try a reset license, it may be that the license was not properly deactivated, so it still appears online .
