HI. I'm translating a document with context menu and header. In the original document, the header and description are correctly separated, but in the translated half, some of the description text is tagged as header.
Is there any way to edit tags to change "H" to "P".
Are there any way to edit Document Structure Information, to change for example H to P ?

Can you take a copy of your source file, delete everything apart from the offending header and one line after. Save the file with a new name. Edit the text so there is nothing confidential in it. Open in Studio and translate. Is the results the same?
If it is please share this file, and also the sdlxliff you translated.

Short version with "broken" text still looks different from the source... The source text contains a working header linked to the description text, the translated version contains the description in the header.

I actually cannot find anything wrong with any of this in the way Studio handed the file. But this part you translated into Russian so I presume this is the part you're referring to?
In the source file it's like this:
H2: Classes, Courses and Departments
H3: At XXXX students are grouped in grade-level classes with students they travel with throughout the day. These are lovingly called “bird groups” being that all classes at are named after birds found in Prospect Park. Students also participate in Crew, which is a smaller group of students from the same grade.
H3: Crew
Normal: XXXXXXXX
And that's exactly how Studio sees it. So if you want it to be something else you will need to change the source. Like this:
It won't actually make any difference to your translation and you could just get on with it and change the target headings if needed. Certainly there doesn't seem to be any problem here.

This is correct. But in the original file, the text under H2 is a header in the table of contents, whereas H3 is not a header, it is a description, and it is not visible in the table of contents. However, in the translated file, H3 appears as a header in the table of contents. You can see on your screen, that H3 is "P" but on my highlighted screen it is appears as "H". You can see on your screen that H3 is "P", but on my highlighted screen it appears as "H". How can I change the source?
It is a header in Word. Tables of contents are configured by the user and can use as many headers as you like. If you included H3 in the table of contents the description would appear in the table of contents too!
This is entirely a problem to be fixed in the source file and not in Studio. It’s clearly a simple mistake of using the wrong style for the description in question.
It appears on my screen as a P because I fixed the error in Word and then recreated the project.
This is not a problem for Trados at all. Open the Word file and apply the correct style. If you don’t know how to do that Google it. Then recreate your project. Or correct it afterwards on the target file since this doesn’t affect you translating the file at all.

Thanks for the answer. My question was mainly about the difference in appearance. My source document has right division between headers and description (simple opening of word document doesn't give me broken view), but after opening, translating and saving it in Trados few of the headers including description also. So I guess something happens after opening file in Trados. And my second question was about ability to edit tags in Trados. It seems like no.

You have not demonstrated this and the files you provided don't behave this way either. I saved the target directly from the sdlxliff your provided and don't see any differences.

It depends. If you display all content like this you not only see why Trados Studio sees these as headers more clearly...
... and whilst you could delete the H3 tags you won't be able to save the target file if you do because these are external structure tags and not inline tags. Inline tags can normally be deleted.
But at the risk of sounding like a broken record your problem here is the source file. It's not damaged, it's just using the wrong style for the description and it's trivial to fix. If you created a proper Studio project you could correct the source and then use the "Update File" feature to reimport the source and it will replace the one you have with the corrected version. If you are using a single file approach then just recreate the project and pre-translate from your TM.
Or as I also suggested just fix the target file afterwards... it's the same amount of work.
