Some of our Trados 2021 users are trying to install a plugin. When they click on the Store in Trados Studio 2021, they are asked to log in. But the log in fails with this error message:
That is even though I created their RWS account in the https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/accountdetails.asp page, for which I am an Admin. What does it mean to link the RWS ID to a Language Cloud account? How do we do that and why is this required to download an app plugin?
