"empty translation can not added to translation memory" error in TM in Studio 2022

Question

I have installed studio 2022, and when opening the TM with the project and click enter an error message appear in the TM (empty translation can not added to translation memory) and the sentence appear to be not entered in the TM. While I opened the same file and the same TM in studio 2015 and it works well with no problem. Can anyone help me in this. I am sure that I have added the TM and click on update and as I said it works well in 2015

Hi Nehad Abdal-Gawad , 
 Please create a new project in Studio 2022, and add the TM again and check what happens. 
 If the TM is old, you might need to go to the Translation Memories view and update the TM to include the latest functionalities to it:
