Why I can't include a translation memory for the project?

Hello! 
 I have a ttranslation memory for EnFi language pair. When I try to include it in the translation project I get an 'Information' window saying:

&rsquo;The translation memory &rsquo;EnFi2&rsquo; will not be used for the following language pairs:&hellip;' - Why is that? 
 'To edit the translation memories used for these language pairs, go to the individual language pair level.&rsquo; - OK, but I don't want to _edit_ theTM, I want to _include_ it. 
 The lower text: &rsquo;You have set up different memories or automated translation providers for certain language pairs.&rsquo; does not enlighten me very much.

Thank you so much Jerzy! 
 Based on your tip I went through all the possible TM allocations. It took quite a time but finally I located the offending allocation and, having removed it, I got the tihngs working.

 Obviously you have defined translation memories in your language pair EN(US) to Finnish. You cannot define translation memories in both places. This only work for EITHER all language pairs OR a specific language pair. So either add this TM in your language pair EN(US)-Finnish or remove the TMs there and uncheck the corresponding setting there.
