Please make sure that your Trados is updated, I can see you have an orange bell on the upper right-corner. If the notification shows you an available update, please download and install it and try again.

Thank you for your reply. unfortunately, when I click on the bell on the right corner I got an error message that there is no internet connection while I am connected. Is there any other way to update my trados. I just want to to draw your attention that I have just bought this version of studio two months ago

Hello, in the first image you are Translating from English US to German. This is why you get LTR layout. In the second Image you translate from English US to , I would say, Egypt Arabic, and this is why you get RTL layout.

Thank you for your note, I wonder how this language was selected  while in the set up I only selected Ar and En and I tried to change it as you can see yet  the botton of add or remove is greyed out

This is simply showing the languages in this project... which we can already see. It doesn't relate to how you managed to do this.

I suggest you look at your File -> Options or project templates to see what you have setup.  The scenario you have found here is 100% down to you creating it this way... it cannot happen by itself.
