Hi all.
I would like to ask a question. In my Vendor Discount portal, I can't find the upgrade for Trados Studio 2022 Starter Edition to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance.
In order to use the Vendor Discount, I must deactivate and uninstall Trados Studio Starter and then, buy Trados Studio Freelance?

I have already contacted the live chat and they gave me an email address to email. I am waiting for they answer.
In the meantime, I can confirm that I have logged in the right account but these are the only discounted upgrades I can see:
- Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus;
- Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance;
- Upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus;
- Upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance
- Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Professional to Trados Studio 2022 Professional;
- Upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 Professional to Trados Studio 2022 Professional;
So, the upgrade from Trados Studio 2022 Starter to Freelance 2022 is not in the list.
Maybe I must deactivate and uninstall Starter 2022 and then, buy Freelance 2022 from scratch?
