Hi,
I recently did a reset of my PC (Windows 11) and since then, Trados will boot, but the app window is blank. See below.
The window behaves as if it was open on an external monitor, of sorts. It's not, and if I do try to use an external monitor, the window still appears blank.
I've tried browsing the forum and the only solution I've found was to disable GPU acceleration, which is not supported on my laptop in the first place. I also updated all drivers, updated Windows, and tried reinstalling Trados. All in vain.
I use Trados 2017 Freelance.
Can anyone help?
