I have faced with the some error during the import just now and searching for the solution I've found your post. Obviously the problem is in "non-consistent" picklist values between TM and importing TMX. In my case the problem was case sensitivity/insensitivity of picklist values.:
- TM contains picklist field Subject with a value hotels
Example from TMX
<prop type="x-Client:MultiplePicklist">hotels</prop>
- On the other way TMX, that I'm importing, contains picklist field Subject with a value Hotels:
Example from TMX
<prop type="x-Client:MultiplePicklist">Hotels</prop>
The solution was to open TMX and change Hotels to hotels through the entire TMX file.
