Bonjour! Quelqu'un qui parle français? J'utilise Trados sur mon Mac via le logiciel Parallels, qui me permet d'avoir une version PC sur mon Mac. Hier, en voulant traduire un texte dans Trados, ma mémoire de traduction a tout simplement disparue. Impossible de la retrouver. Après de longues heures de recherche, j'ai décidé de créer une nouvelle mémoire de traduction en intégrant tous mes textes à l'intérieur. J'ai pu l'utiliser 20 minutes avant qu'elle ne disparaisse à nouveau. Lorsque je cherche la mémoire sur mon ordinateur, j'arrive à la retrouver, mais impossible de cliquer dessus ou de l'ouvrir. Que dois-je faire? C'est assez urgent. Merci d'en réponse rapide.

    If you don't have a support contract then you are at the mercy of the goodwill of anyone prepared to try and help you.  If this was clearly a Trados Studio problem then we could probably engage the support team to try and help, but this is not.  You're also using a MAC (which we don't support) and losing a TM while working with it isn't normal at all.  It sounds like a problem with the the location you are using to hold your TMs.

     made a good suggestion as many users don't really understand how OneDrive works and it can quite easily move your resources to cloud only so they are no longer available to you locally.  In fact some users say it's not OneDrive when in fact it probably is... again down to a lack of understanding.

    In your case let's try and understand what might have happened.  You said that you managed to locate the TM but you could not open it or use it.  Where was it?  That could be helpful.

    How did you try and open it?

    There is clearly a problem related to file management in your computer and you'll need to tell us a bit more than you have so far if you want some sensible help.  Files don't just disappear!

    It might also be good to know what version of Studio you are using? 2022?  Starter, Freelance, Professional?
