Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is any option in Trados Studio 2021 to select several projects at once to mark them as finished (instead of changing the status one by one)? Thank you!

I'm afraid there isn't.
But I do have a question over why you even need to do this. I think it makes sense to keep the number of projects in the projects view as small as possible anyway, so why not just remove them from your list... which you can do with multiple projects at once? I think the performance is better when the number in here is less. You can easily open one back up again if you need it and then you also won't need to revert to sdlxliff or anything like that to use the files.

Hi Paul, thanks for your reply. In fact, I usually receive WS packages from a client, and for a big project, there were like 36 different packages for 1 project. By his end, he cannot compile all the files in only one project. So, I had to create 36 SDL projects and as you imagine, I had to mark all of them as finished, one by one. That's why it should be great to have this option ;-)
Vanessa, I don't have an answer for you, but I'm in the same position, and I have a question. Do you have a way to speed up the rest of the process (importing and exporting the packages, and/or a solution for opening the files as one file rather than going through the packages one by one)?
