A return package cannot be opened on a computer, which created it. If you realy want to open it, add .zip after the file name extension sdlrpx and open the file with any usual archive program like WinZIP or WinRAR. But what shall be the purpose of opening this package? You cannot work in it as package, only on files from there, if you unzip it.

The goal of opening the package is doing a quality control. Is there a way around it to send the package without it being as a "return package" ?
Thanks,
Vanessa Ferré If you need to do a QA on a project you have not translated yourself, you need the project itself and the return package. So what you needto get is:

Vanessa Ferré You must have the source project. Otherwise it won't work. So request the sdlppx from the customer.
