This works for formatting issues, but unfortunately not with the "<br>".

In another article I found this: <br(/>|\s+[^>]*/>)

But it all does not work. "<bt>" is only formatted, but it's not recognized as a segmentation separator.

Or did I overlook something?

Give me a SMALL excel file with an example of how your text is formatted and the characters used.  Then we can take a look and make sure it all works correctly.

Probably just means you didn't make the tag "excluded" in the tag settings.  Something lke this:

Here's one line from the Excel file:

Remove the palm keys.<br>Clean the parts and the display with a wet tissue or glass cleaner.

Studio displays this in one segment.

But I would like to have two segments, but without having <br> in the text itself.

sorry, still the same result. "Exclude" does not change anything.

Are there maybe any adaptations to be made under the file type "Processing embedded content"?

ok - maybe this video will help.  You are definitely doing something wrong.  Maybe applying the exclude after the project is already created, which will not work... or something like that?

thanks a lot for the video. That's exactly what I have done as well.

But you gave me the hint that finally solved it.

The pre-defined "</?[\p{Ll}\p{Lu}]\w*[^<>]*>" is interfering. When I delete that, then it works.

In order not to have to delete it, I moved this rule down, and it still works.
