“Access server” widows constantly popping up after installing Trados 2022 SR1 Release

Question

Hi there, 
 I&rsquo;ve just installed SR1 Release on my Trados 2022 (so I now have Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.8.17821) and the pop up window &ldquo;Access server&rdquo; keeps popping up every 30 seconds and I can&rsquo;t work. I don&rsquo;t have any plug-ins installed. I&rsquo;ve already deleted the items I had in the following folders: 
 %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 %LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 as advised in another thread and I&rsquo;ve restarted the computer multiple times, but the issue persists. Thanks in advance for your kind help!

Hi Chiara Vecchi , 
 The pop-up seems more related to failed connection to a server, rather than plugins. 
 For this, what you could do is go to File Tab - top left corner in Studio>then to Set up> select Servers. Check there the serber availability, in acse they are disconnected you can remove them and add them again. 
 
 Hopefully, that will solve the issue!
