Looking at your screenshot it appears as though you have changed the default settings and removed, or moved, the Termbase Viewer so I'm wondering (guessing) if that is influencing the padding for longer documents.  Can you go to View -> Reset Window Layout and see whether this gives you more space with the Termbase Viewer back in position?

If that doesn't help perhaps it's related to the display scaling in Windows?

I have also turned off the font size adjustment, but it has no effect on the segment number column.

Well, I would attribute this to some kind of irregularity on the project file, since this occur on certain limited project files.

Could you please switch temporarily Trados Studio to the English user interface? I’ve just realised of what I think are split segments on your screenshots, which show differently in my English UI:

I have no doubt about your intentions, but I am not sure exactly when it is acceptable to send a file to a third party and when it is not.

If it is important enough to you, I am willing to ask the client about sending a file to you.

It is not a package but a sdlxliff file created by a client.

I am sorry, but I don't have any idea either, because the file is created by a client.
