Did the plugin updated after a while? or did you have only one plugin (I have 16 plugins all asking me for "One moment" since 1 hour or so) still waiting to update and asking for "One moment" as my 16 plugins?

No , I have only a single "One moment" circling and circling endlessly among 7 installed plugins: I guess I shall have to uninstall it.

I suggest you close Studio and then delete these folders:

%APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

Now restart Studio and install them again via the integrated AppStore in Trados Studio.

%APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins does not exist
I found %APPDATA%\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins and removed all of them.

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins does not exist
I found %APPDATA%\Local\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins which was empty.

c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins. There was only one from Xbench and I left it. (not from the app store)

After I reinstalled all plugins, I could see all the new one installed by the date and time, then I reopened Trados and still, "One Moment" is there.

My earlier answer was flagged as spam? Anyway, I could not get it to work and reverted to my disk image from Nov 26, with Trados Sr1 and will wai that this issue is no longer a problem.

How bizarre... these are exactly the same.

Anyway... when you mention you removed all of them does that mean you deleted the "Packages" and the "Unpacked" folders completely, or did you go into the "Packages" folder and delete the plugins you found in there?

I've just installed SP2 and it crashed (closed without warning) on confirming the first segment. Reopened, and crashed again on confirming the segment. The error message took me to KB article https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000020993 so I went to check my installed plug-ins and got the "one moment" screenshot in Paul Patruno 's first post here. 

Solved now thanks to your suggestion to close Studio, delete the three plugin folders and reinstall all the plug-ins from scratch. 

The warning note in the SP2 release email was unhelpful. Instead of After installing SR2, you will need to update your apps to ensure compatibility, it should have said "Before installing SR2, update your apps (otherwise SP2 may not work at all). 

Installing SP2 was not a positive user experience, but I'm happy to report it's running smoothly now.
