Unable to open /update a term from Term recognition window via "View term details"

Hi,

I have lately (maybe the last 1-2 months) experienced the same problem trying to open /update a term from Term recognition window via "View term details".
Sometimes I get a message that "the term entry is used by another user? Please, try again later.." - no idea what it means, but this one is not the worst.

The more irritating problem is when I try to open any old term which I want to delete or update and TS wont. Though I specifically ask TS to open a given term it opens the last updated term, not the one I have asked for... and when I try to choose the term from the list on the left, it still refuses to open it.... as you can see on the attached video. What is wrong here? Doeas anyone have any idea? On the video you can see that:
I want to open the term "betaling" because I want to change it to a better translation "Egenandel" but I will only open "kneinjectioner" (the last new and saved term).
