Hi- I opened a new file, the same way I always do. It's fine- I can even generate a preview. However, once I close the file and try to re-open (for pre-translating, for example), the file is no longer available...I get "Unexpected error when detecting file type for file", and nothing is uploaded. I would really appreciate help!!!
