I am using Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338. How can I upload a file?
There is an Insert menu to upolad files.
I tried with Insert but I receive this error: File type is not allowed: UK0146617_-_Red_Hibiscus_-_The_Inspiration_en-XML_glplay-el-GR#TR_CSRRMT#.ttml
Then zip it and try again.

Same here, it’s empty if I open it Trados, but it’s already empty as well if I open it on a text editor. I mean, there are tags, such as time codes, but nothing to translate, only breaks and paragraph marks. I believe you need to talk to your client.
