Hi support
I wanted to create a new local project, but it was not possible. Everything stops and I freeze, and I receive this script error.
It is so annoying and frustrating that it is so difficult to change from one computer to another one with an active and paid Trados license.
Now, I cannot give a bid on a new project before I can create a project and see the correct weighted volume.
Pls. let me know how to solve it.

No script error attached. Please upload the full stack error and state the steps you followed to creating the project and the full Trados Studio version used.

Thank you for coming back to me.
I opened the Trados interface and opened ---- it looks as if I cannot put in my screen dump here ----( it showed the standard procedure under Welcome - drag files for translations or browse ...)
To browse for the files to create a new project – as I have done several times earlier on my former computer.
Then I chosed creation on local computer. Thereafter I received this message: (---- it looks as if I cannot put in my screen dump here ---- it showed a script error.)
I can add that I have been working on Trados packages received from my clients after I have migrated to this computer.
But now I cannot create my own project – and I cannot send my bid to a new client.
Pls. let me know how I can implement the screen dumps in the information to you. (Nothing seems to go easy when I do anything with Trados ... frustrating ...)

To upload screenshots, use the Insert menu, then select the Image/Video/File option, or just copy the image and paste it here.
Please state the full version of your Trados Studio.
Apart from creating single projects from the Welcome screen, you can also create projects via the New Project button in the ribbon.
Does it work in this way?
Anyway if it’s a new computer, I’d think the culprit is bloatware, software companion added by the PC or the operating system makers, such as OneDrive (or similar service, such as Dropbox or Google Drive) and/or your anti-virus program. Please disable them and try again.

I have also tried the way you mention, but without success.
Yes, I work with Dropbox - as I always do, and off course also anti-virus program etc. This is standad ways of securing my time and projects. It has worked earlier when I needed to create Trados Projects.
I have license to Trados Studio 2021 Freelance.
About the full version, if you have SR2 CU12 9338 (available under Help > About), then is up-to-date, that is what we needed to confirm.
Are you sure you have a template named LanguageCloud.sdltpl in your C:\Users\Bruger\Documents\Studio 2021\Project Templates folder? I have Trados Studio 2022 and I don’t that template.
It has worked earlier when I needed to create Trados Projects.
There is something on your PC that prevents you working with Trados and both Dropbox and anti-virus software can do it. It’s up to you to dig into the issue. I’d temporarily disable them and see if Trados works in your new PC.
