Trados 2022 - Batch tasks like "Analyze" and "Pre-translate" do not retrieve information from the language cloud translation engine.

It was working two weeks ago, when I was last in the office, and configurations have not changed. I have restarted the software and reset all language cloud connections, for good measure.

We are fully up-to-date on service packages.

I know the translation engine is connected because I can insert individual segments and perform lookups just fine when in Editor mode.

However, when running batch tasks like Analyze and Pre-translate, it's basically like nothing is connected. No partial matches are tallied and no segments get automatically inserted. This makes preparing quotes for clients impossible.

This is happening for both computers where the software is setup.

I saw a similar post from several months ago that had no fix and no reply. Any insight would be welcome.
