When choosing Project Settings -> Termbases -> Use -> Cloud-based Terminology -> Nothing is displayed in Trados 2021 and Trados 2022

We are 2 persons each working on our own PC. We are working for a company that has a common online Terminology database that we all share.

On both PC's we are selecting: Project Settings -> Termbases -> Use -> Cloud-based Terminology

1. On the first PC running Trados Studio 2021 the online Termbases are displayed correctly, and we can use it constantly.

2. On the second PC running Trados Studio 2022 no online databases or anything else is displayed at all after selecting: Project Settings -> Termbases -> Use -> Cloud-based Terminology.

We have tried changing Trados Studio versions, and we have tried changing user names, but the second PC still displays nothing.

Both PC's er on a very fast internet connection, and both PC's are pretty fast (i7 processor - lost of RAM etc.)

    Might sound a bit basic but obviously for the 2022 user,

    1. Open SDL Trados Studio
    2. Go to the Editor View
    3. Click in the menu on View
    4. In the menu list, click Termbase Search or Term Recognition

    If these steps do not work, reset the window layout. Resetting the window layout can be done in Trados Studio by clicking in the menu bar on View >Reset Window Layout.

    And to reconfirm the 2022 user is listed as someone who can access the online Terminology / has the correct roles in place?

    1. Open SDL Trados Studio
    2. Go to the Editor View
    3. Click in the menu on View
    4. In the menu list, click Termbase Search or Term Recognition

    If these steps do not work, reset the window layout. Resetting the window layout can be done in Trados Studio by clicking in the menu bar on View >Reset Window Layout.
