How can I change my user name for TM segments within GroupShare projects?

 The issue is that my new computer has been set up with "admin" as my user name. I've already changed my user account from admin to my actual name/initials on my machine (Win 11 Home), but this hasn't been reflected in newly translated and confirmed segments in my Studio 2021 GroupShare project.
I am logged in with my name, and have rebooted the system and restarted the application, but no updated user name. I still appear as "admin" when I confirm newly translated segments.
Since I tend to take "admin" as client approved translations, it's misleading for me to find my own translations not marked with my name/initals, but with "admin". Any ideas?

    In the context of user names it can come in 1 of 3 places depending on circumstances.

    1. GroupShare

    How you have been defined within the GroupShare environment. 
    So your GroupShare profile and how you have been setup.
    This can be reviewed / amended by logging into the GroupShare portal. 

    2. Trados Studio

    Secondly within Trados Studio. File - Setup - Users 

    3. Batch Task TM Update Settings 

    If you are working with Project Templates or on a project given to you, it could be defined at project level.
    When updating your TM' please see the TM user ID specified
